I have used the entire EZ Detail three brush set since they were introduced. Both the large and mini bendable EZ Detail brushes have been a staple in my wheel cleaning routine for MANY years and I still have all three. I prefer these brushes to the Wheel Woolies, which are great quality brushes too, but won't go behind a lot of the brake calipers, especially on sports cars and a lot of cars that have a very tight space between the caliper and rim. I have both style brushes (EZ Detail and Wheel Woolies) and the reason I enjoy the small and large EZ Detail bendable brushes are the fact that they easily tackle just about any brake caliper you come across, being able to slip in between the caliper and rim letting you scrub that unattainable piece of real estate in between the caliper and rim. Especially on several sports cars I have had over the years which have a VERY tight space in between which requires to use of one of these type brushes. There is nothing more frustrating than going to clean a wheel only to discover the brush you are using will not correctly clean the wheel because it's far too big to get into those tight spaces. With either of the two EZ Detail "bendable" shaft brushes, the small or large, you can safely and effectively clean any wheel. They are also soft enough that you don't have to worry about scratching sensitive wheel surfaces such as the matte black rims, glossy black rims, aluminum, supercar and expensive aftermarket rims, etc. These are soft bristled brushes but they are also just the right stiffness to safely clean any rim you come across during your detailing adventures. If you buy the EZ Detail brush set including the large stiffer (not bendable) EZ Detail brush which I also love because it has more scrubbing power on the barrel areas of the rim, along with a stiff bristled small brush for the side walls of your tire, and then one small lug nut brush, you will have the best wheel cleaning brush set on the market. This bendable brush also doubles as an engine cleaning brush because it allows you to get into just about any area of the engine to agitate whatever degreaser you are using. You won't be disappointed by the EZ Detail Brushes! They are some of the best brushes on the market for wheel cleaning and also some of the most safe on the more delicate rim designs. The one downside (and it's the only one in my opinion) is that this brush does tend to give you a little "spray back" when you pull them back out of the tight caliper areas or through the spokes. It has a little circular cover near the handle to try and mitigate that, but it doesn't work to block all of the chemical from possibly spraying back a little onto your skin or clothing. It's not a big deal whatsoever if you just wear nitrille gloves (which you should do anyway when cleaning wheels and tires) and just be mindful of where the brush is coming back out so you don't possibly spray yourself with any overspray. Any wheel brush does that so just be mindful. Again, it's not a deal breaker whatsoever and these brushes are still absolutely amazing for wheel cleaning and they are a "must have" in my opinion if you want the best wheel brush for any rim you come across. These are WAY better than what you get on Amazon for $10 on a brush that attempted to copy these EZ Detail Brushes or the Daytona Speed Master brushes which are essentially identical to the EZ Detail branded brushes. Don't skimp a few dollars on wheel brushes because you think you are saving a buck or two. It will come back to bite you in the long run, trust me. Those cheaper versions can scratch the living hell out of your rims because they are made with lesser grade nylons and materials which; unknowingly to you; will scratch up some brands of rims. I have done it before so I am just passing my own knowledge on with those cheapo brushes which not only scratch sensitive wheels, but they fall apart far too easily as well. Some people will say, "Oh, well, I'll just buy another one when this chepo wears out" and they think they are saving money. Why waste money on a junky brush that you replace every six months. Spend a few extra dollars on the EZ Detail Brush Set and with proper care (i.e.: Flushing them out with clean water after each use which is the only maintenance you really need), they should last you a lifetime if you are an enthusiast or weekend warrior or several years of steady use if you are a professional detailer. I have had my brush set for well over 15 years and they still perform well. The Ferrari of wheel brushes in my opinion.
