Works really well. If you apply too much just wipe off with a towel. I recommend a hex grip applicator pad. It does justice. I wish it was a bit thicker. |

I've had different tire gel/spray in the past and they're usually awful. This stuff blew me away. It's been over a month now and it looks as good as the day I put it on! I bought this because I've been pleased with all my Optimum products. This one is no different. |

This gel is well worth the cost. It lasts 2-3x longer than spray-on dressings, dries very quickly and won't muck up your rims and clearcoat.
Using a soft/barely damp sponge applicator works like a charm. No need to mix it into solution if you don't want to. |

This stuff is great, there is hardly any residue that comes from its application. Also it stays on the tire for some time, I would only suggest that when you get the product make sure you have a spray bottle. It will come in handy with the mixing solution on the bottle, other than that it is worth every penny. |

I do love Adam's VRT -- the original formula (haven't tried the new one yet) but it would disappear from tires and trim the moment it got wet. The Optimum Tire Gel is an improvement over VRT in durability for sure. Very subtle difference in finish -- satin/matte is a good comparo -- which results in a slightly deeper black to my eyes. Unless the new VRT is something incredibly better, the price makes Opti Bond Gel a no brainer. |

With the NJ winter weather always bringing rain, snow or ice, Opti Bond kept the tires looking nice and better than other local auto parts products. A weekly application improves the resistance to dirt and stains, keeping the dark shinny look longer during this winter. I think is worth the extra cost but longer lasting looks. |

I really like this product. I've been using it 1:1 (with water) out of a regular spray bottle. It is a little tricky to spray out of the bottle because it's more of a gel, but it does go on really nice and gives tire that natural look when diluted to half strength. For the money, there's not that much competition. I'd definitely buy some again. |

Regarding tire dressing, did a head to head comparison between the Adam's Super VRT and Optimum Opi Bond Tire Gel. Though I like how the Adams product goes onto the rubber a bit more, the Opi Bond Gel seems to last longer. Both products look very good though VRT is more matte and Opi Bond a little more satin in finish. So for a lot less money, I think the Optimum product is the better choice, though you really won't go wrong with either. |
